I was on my way to Rimini when, upon opening the Michelin Guide, I found Abocar.
I showed up in front of the restaurant and asked if I could take some photos. I was amazed, the team welcomed me as if I were one of them, without asking any questions.
It’s unusual for someone to show up in a shirt and ask to take photos in a restaurant, but we immediately connected, they knew they could trust me.
What I saw during the service amazed me, the passion and dedication they put into the kitchen, the dining room…
I wanted to capture that.
